Borg: Kirk... how did you meet everyone from Borg?

Kirk Kornhoff: I used to work with Travis' wife at Parker Hannifin... she found out I was a mountain biker and told me about Travis and he got me roped in...

Borg: yeah.. he has a tendency to do that

KK: uhhh yeah - so here I am riding for the 24 hour BORG team!

Borg: you enjoy borg cycling?

KK: ABSOLUTELY.. I like the fun, commraderie, scenery (and I don't mean chicks..) and above all else... it's cardio that actually is enjoyable

Borg: Who pushes you to be a better rider?

KK: mostly the guys on the 24 hour team - TC, PD, John Williams, Ray W., Rey C.

Borg: have you ever crashed in front of those guys on the trail?

KK: I don't know if any of those guys were with me... but I crashed into a cactus on the upper loop of 50-year trail a little bit back in front of a couple of BORG. It was embarrassing. I thought that I punctured my Camelbak.. I was losing fluid.

Borg: what was in your camel?

KK: oh.. just water.. keeps the bladder from getting funky!

BORG: funky bladder... sounds like a personal problem. Did you have any mojo on your bike at the time of the crash?

KK: I'm sorry to say... I lost my mojo!

BORG: talk about a personal problem!

KK: my favorite pizza topping is Cheese!

BORG: hmm... OK.. that was random

KK: DUUUDE !!!
